Maintaining the records per EPA Guidelines

Since most of the 5 major metro counties will most times produce a Radon count above 4 pCi/L, we will provide the proper recommendations on remediation of high levels.а The national average cost is between $600 to $2,500 with the national average around $1,200.а New homes are much less due to construction techniques required now by the US Government.

Based on a national residential radon survey completed in 1991, the average indoor radon level is 1.3 picocuries per liter (pCi/L) in the United States. The average outdoor level is about 0.4 pCi/L.

Some home may require more than 2 testing units due to type of floor plan or if the home is part of a Real Estate Transaction.а In those cases the cost may be a bit more.
