Complete visual inspection of the living area for all types of Mold.

Taking of Samples

Maintaining the chain of custody

Shipping fees to Lab included (note an additional 15.00 is added for overnight service)

A complete report on how to improve your overall IAQ (indoor air quality)

How to control any moisture that is causing the mold issue.

How to sanitize any of the effected areas.

How to Remediate if necessary.

Please understand in almost 85% of the cases Sanitation is recommended.

Along with a copy of the Lab report of all samples taken

The Mold Inspection will cost $200.00

Each sample will run $50.00
