Hours OperationI schedule appointments Monday through Friday Saturday is available upon request. We will typically schedule 2 Inspections a day. Our first appointment time starts in the am Second appointment time normally is in the pm We must have enough daylight to adequately inspect the Exterior of the home to include the roof. As far as the rest of the home goes it does not need to be daylight. These times are not written into stone and we will make every effort to schedule around your time. If time has become critical and you need the inspection within 48 hours, we can usually work something out. We ask that you provide everyone as much time as possible to schedule your New Home Inspection We encourage you to be present during the inspection and welcome your agent, but this is not a requirement. It is a requirement that we have a signed agreement prior to inspecting the property. We can fax it to you or your agent. If you can not attend, please consider having someone else attend for you, spouse, friend or agent. We look forward to serving you in the near future for all your Inspection needs.
